No Talking!
Hey chicos!!!!
So, I've had a really good past couple of hours. (And I finished my essay finally-yay me!) We held elections in my sorority today for new positions for everyone. I had speeches for three positions planned out (and I did give them all) and the position that I got wasn't one that I even spoke for (I had even planned on declining the position because I wasn't sure I could handle the time and events, but I'm determined to make it a good position and do a great job). Same with both of my roommates and another (maybe a couple others) girls in the sorority had the same thing happen to them, so it's just kind of funny.
Our meeting went on for three hours, which is a long time to sit and listen to people talk. Then my roommate and I went on the roof of one of the buildings on campus (shh! don't tell!) and we just talked for a couple hours about anything and it was just a really nice time. We got stuck up there for a little over ten minutes when we tried to leave though because campus safety was sitting in a parking lot where if we were going to stand up they would totally have been able to see us. We had to lay flat against the building for a while but it was actually sort of funny. We did the daring and jumped off the building. It wasn't very high but it still gave you an adrenaline rush, so I'm glad I did it. It was actually kind of fun.
Then instead of going back to the dorms like smart people we went around and biked for two hours (just around the school). We ended up on top of a parking garage that turned out to be a lot bigger than we originally thought and it was pretty fun.
I miss biking around at night like I used to. At home in Elmira I would bike around at night if I couldn't sleep, or was upset about something like a fight with my mom and it would calm me down like no other. It was such a nice thing to do at night and you could always see a ton of stars. I would go to the park sometimes and hang around there which was also always really nice. I loved it all.
So basically it's just been Deepher-tastic and wonderful and carefree for the past while and I just love everything and everyone!! That's all for now!

P.S. Guess who lost their voice? This kid! And I gave three speeches like that, oh yeah.
